GALLERY-BADMINTON

BADMINTON

Badminton apparel is designed to be light and moisture-wicking to give comfort and better endurance to players. By using sublimation technology, Willix apparel is made extra light and highly-moisture-wicking because of the absence of heavy logos and graphics, and the fabric pores are not blocked by any silkscreen inks, embroidery, vinyl transfer, or DTG inks. The sublimation inks seep through the fibers showing all the detailed graphics and allowing the pores to be 100% functional.

Order Fulfillment Process

ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

The order fulfillment process usually takes 18 working days for customer-provided designs. The counting starts after downpayment or after the submission of ready-to-print graphics, whichever comes later. It may take longer depending on the volume and actual load when the order was placed. We follow a 3-step process (Digital Proofing – First Unit Production- Mass Production)  that commences only after receiving iQOT, downpayment, and final graphics:

  1. We will prepare and email digital proof for customer’s approval. Initially, the customer must provide artwork in Photoshop or Illustrator format and it will be converted into ready-to-print digital layout or proof.
  2. We will print on fabric with a scale of 1:25 and email the photo for approval. The customer is advised to view the actual sample fabric color print.
  3. Only after approval of steps 1 and 2 that we make the first unit for viewing on mannequin. This first unit forms part of the order quantity. Any changes in graphics after the first unit shall not be allowed unless the customer pays for it. The customer is also advised to view the first actual unit.
  4. Mass production starts as soon as the first unit is seen and approved by the customer.
  5. Shipment may take 1 to 2 days within the Philippines and 4 to 6 days outside the Philippines.

3-STEP PROOFING EXPLAINED

Ideally, the proofing process shall be completed within a 8-day period, unless the customer requests for further changes or improvements in the design, which may entail adjustment in the production target.

The digital proof is the detailed drawing showing all the specifications like colors, fonts, graphics, logos, seaming, thread, etc. A rotating 3D view shall also be shown. The digital proof shall be prepared by WillixSports artists and shall be emailed to the customer within 4 days after receiving the artwork files or instructions about the design.

The first unit is done only after the digital proof and color test print are approved. This first unit already forms part of the order. It is shown to the customer for appreciation before the mass production, in case there are last-minute changes that can not be avoided.

If the customer still wants to make changes, he will already pay for this first unit and will have to approve again the digital proof while skipping the sample fabric print process. Once the digital proof is approved for the changes, we will then proceed with the mass production immediately.

Only after the customer agreed with the first unit that we proceed with the mass production.
